Tialada Wealth Estate develops detached homes on large plots in Chum Phae district, Khon Kaen.
Our story
The name Tialada was chosen to suggest stability and lasting beauty, the qualities we want in every house we hand over. We started with a simple question: why do housing estates usually give you only as much land as the house needs, when Thai families want a lawn, a Thai kitchen at the back, extra parking and space for older relatives to join them later?
So our first project in Chum Phae began with the land. Every plot is 70 square wah or more, fronts a public road, and there are only eight of them, so we can supervise the construction of every house closely.
Our team works in Khon Kaen and knows the soil, the climate and the way people live in Chum Phae. Every house is designed to stay comfortable in the heat, to be easy to maintain, and to last for generations.
